If you have complaints about Winc Academy (e.g. about the training, the course material, the teachers) please send an email to learneradmin@wincacademy.nl. You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 2 weeks.
Within 4 weeks there will be a response to your message. This complaint will be treated confidentially. If not dealt with, you will be notified within 4 weeks. The complaint will be handled in 6 weeks by an independent staff member.
If longer time is needed to investigate, you will be notified within this set time frame, explaining the delay. In addition, you will be given an indication of when we can come up with a definite answer.
If at any time you feel that your complaint is not being handled appropriately, you have the option to escalate the issue by filing an appeal with the Education Disputes Committee Foundation to which we are affiliated through our membership with the NRTO. They will provide an unbiased resolution which is binding on Winc Academy. Any Consequences will be handled within two weeks. Your complaint will be kept for one year.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the privacy regulator. In the Netherlands, this is the Personal Data Authority.
