The training voucher is for employees without permanent employment and job-seekers in the Rijnmond labor market region who want to retrain, re-train or upskill. For example, to keep your current job or to find a suitable (different) job.
Yes, the training voucher covers the full cost of the training. You don't have to pay anything yourself. Within a few weeks you will know whether the application has been approved.

Great learning experience, very fun and interactive ways to learn new things. The information in the courses is regularly updated. Whenever you have questions, they get answered super quickly and also problems are very quickly resolved. You can tell the courses have been designed by people who know a lot about offering a great online user experience.

Loved diving into the online marketing course at Winc Academy! It wasn't just about learning new skills (which it totally did!), but also about pushing myself and proving that the whole "creatives can't be analytical" thing is a myth. Seriously, this course boosted my confidence and made me curious about what else I could learn. Feeling grateful for the whole experience - it was a real gift to myself! Winc has been a fantastic learning platform for me. The courses are well-structured, and the instructors provide clear explanations, making complex topics more understandable. The interactive and hands-on approach, especially in the coding courses like BED JS, has been incredibly helpful in reinforcing my understanding.

I followed "UX Design with Figma" course at Winc Academy. It's a very well structured course, with lots of theoretical and practical knowledge, (with additional resources to dig deeper) that can be followed at your own pace, whenever you have time or feel like doing it. All Winc Academy students are connected via community app where you can meet people following the same course, help each other, develop together. I am using Figma now on a daily basis, both for work and for my personal use. I can only recommend it!
Winc has a pleasantly organized portal. The curriculum is also clear, with example cases which makes the theory a bit more light-hearted. The digital system works very well, so I didn't need contact with a 'physical Winc employee'. Strangely enough, I do miss that a bit afterwards. Hence not 5 but 4 stars.
Great curriculum, plenty of level classes, helpful teachers and fellow students. Slack is great for connecting with each other. Constructive criticism is always taken seriously. 1 point for improvement. The time indicated in which you can do a course is the same for a Newby in tech or a student already familiar with programming languages. Half a year of Full Stack development for a Newby is too short. There may be a difference in that. This is especially important for students who are following the course through the UWV, because then time is also of the essence.
Great to learn programming at your own pace and from home. With lots of great teaching materials and assignments.
Fine course doing it in English was a bit of a switch but certainly not too difficult.
I am satisfied with my Back-end course at Winc. Not only was it interesting and educational, but it has given me the skills and confidence to pursue my professional goals. Many parts were covered through this course. Working with Python was challenging but the assignments went quickly. It certainly made much of the logic of what Back-End does clearer and even more fascinating.

For a Front End Developer this course expands your JavaScript skills. You need understanding of coding before entering this course. When you are making the exercises it gives you power to learn more.
Very nice and interactive learning environment, where I learned a lot about UX design and the FIGMA tool.
For people who don't have time to take a class this is ideal. All courses are in English though so basic English is a must. Too bad it is not indicated anywhere when registering. But everything is self-explanatory! Mentors also always answer your questions. Good luck!
You can quietly study at your own pace online from home or elsewhere, no pressure from Winc. Great help from mentors and fellow students via Slack. + Good teaching materials.
I recently studied Back-end Development from Winc and it was a challenging but fun experience. The exercises and assignments were creative and engaging and provided a great learning opportunity. The mentors were kind and helpful throughout. Would recommend it!
For me I learned a lot. There are things I didn't know about or didn't understand enough yet. Now I feel like a follow up course Ethical hacker is something that I wanne do or take more follow up steps.

It was an instructive and valuable course. Good examples and many explanations v/d teacher . Good course material and the support was very good. I experienced it as very pleasant. It was an eye opener regarding the many possibilities you have with Power BI. The material covers the full gamut. From beginner to advanced Power BI user, this is a useful course.

I took the "Data Analytics with Python" course and am very excited about it! Before I started I already had programming experience, but taught this all by myself. Through this course I learned the 'better' methods from experienced programmers. All in all very happy with the course!
Very good and patient mentors who want to help you with everything. It is definitely not an easy course, but that is the intention. And it's healthy to put the brain to work, so should you really choose a different direction in your career don't sit still and sign up for a course at winc academy
This course is a very in-depth look into the working of cyber security. What a person can do to increase his/her/their online security. It will make you see where you need more action. Plus links to valuable sites. I enjoyed this course and have learned a lot.
